1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the Ticket Adda website (ticketadda.in), mobile web application, or gate check-in systems, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations of India. If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue the use of our services immediately.

2. Ticket Adda as a Facilitator

Ticket Adda provides an authorized event discovery, ticket booking, and turnstile gate check-in technology platform. Ticket Adda facilitates ticketing transactions on behalf of verified third-party event organizers, artists, and production companies. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Ticket Adda does not organize, manage, or set venue admittance policies for live events.

3. Booking, Payment & Anti-Counterfeit Passes

When booking tickets on Ticket Adda:

• Official Payment Gateway: Payments are processed through RBI-authorized payment aggregators (Cashfree Payments). Ticket Adda does not store full credit/debit card numbers or UPI MPINs.
• Cryptographic HMAC Verification: Each ticket generated by Ticket Adda contains a unique, tamper-proof HMAC-SHA256 signature. Any screenshot, alteration, duplicate duplication, or counterfeit reproduction will be denied entry at the venue gates.
• Anti-Scalping Policy: Unofficial resale, ticket scalping, or black-marketing of passes at prices higher than face value is strictly prohibited. Ticket Adda reserves the right to void any scalped tickets without refund.

4. Venue Entry & Gate Check-In Rules

For smooth admission to live concerts, garba nights, and festivals:

• Every attendee must present their original Ticket Adda QR pass on their mobile device (or printed pass) along with a valid Government-issued photo ID.
• Wristbands or entry stamps, once issued by security, must be worn for the entire duration of the event. Tampered or cut wristbands will not be replaced.
• Security and venue staff reserve the right of admission. Persons exhibiting intoxicated, disruptive, or dangerous behavior will be removed from the premises without refund.
• Illegal substances, weapons, flammable items, and outside food/beverages are strictly banned inside event arenas.

5. Convenience Fees & Applicable Taxes

Ticket prices displayed on the platform are determined by the respective event organizers. Ticket Adda may charge a nominal convenience and technology fee per transaction to support 24/7 cloud hosting, turnstile gate infrastructure, and WhatsApp notification delivery. All convenience fees are subject to 18% Goods & Services Tax (GST) as mandated by the Government of India.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The Ticket Adda trademark, logos, software algorithms, gate scanner systems, and proprietary interfaces are the intellectual property of Ticket Adda Technologies. Event trademarks, artist posters, and festival brands belong to their respective copyright holders.

7. Limitation of Liability

Ticket Adda is not liable for personal injury, property damage, event artist delays, severe weather disruptions, or unforeseen venue cancellations beyond our direct operational control. In the event of confirmed event cancellations by organizers, our liability is limited strictly to facilitating the ticket face-value refund as outlined in our Refund Policy.
